How To Vote For The Selection Committee
Following the recent AGM, the rules for selecting the Committee will stay the same. Fully paid up members will be asked to vote for 5 members of the club, to be responsible for selecting this coming seasons three teams. Two of which must be of the opposite sex than the other three. It will then be up to the players in the teams to elect there own captain.
(i) Choose members who you know have seen you play regularly.
(ii) Choose members who have been regulars throughout the summer, they will have seen how players have progressed
(iii) Try and Select members who played for each of the three teams in the previous season, this will give the committee a good knowledge of all the players
(iv) Think about selecting some none playing members, they tend to see more games than members who are regularly playing and dont get to see players in the other teams.
(v) Try and find out if the member you want to vote for is willing to be on the selection committee, you dont want to waste your vote
REMEMBER IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE SELECT A STRONG WELL INFORMED COMMITTEE THAT WILL INSURE WE PUT OUT THE BEST TEAMS FOR NEXT SEASON
